Yes. Open your subscription page and go to the billing portal, where you can move to any plan. Changes are prorated automatically.
You'll be prompted to complete a finished project or move to a plan with a higher limit. Projects already in progress are never touched, and completed projects cost nothing while staying readable by your clients.
No. Your clients never pay and have no account to create, however many there are. Only your subscription is billed.
For 90 days, your clients' pages stay online and your space stays readable, without new publications. After that, the pages go offline and your data is kept for 365 more days: if you subscribe again, everything comes back as it was.
Yes — switch to annual billing and get two months free compared to paying monthly.
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal and you'll keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. An annual plan runs to the end of its twelve months.
